We require minimum of 2 nights (3 nights on holiday weekends).
Weekend rates: $275 (Fri & Sat per night)
Weekday rates: $200 (Sun - Thur per night)
Weekly Rate: $1200 (6 nights / 7 days)
+ $150 cleaning fee per visit
Check in time is 4:00pm - Check out is 11:00am
Sleeps 5 comfortably w/ hide-a-bed (7 max)
